can anyone tell me how to run the form from the explorer.

try this if you have installed 9i application server:

write down following lines in Address bar of Internet Explorer, otherwise when we run a form in 9i application server it will use like that:

http://your_server_name:8888/forms90/f90servlet?form=fmx_file_path.fmx&userid=SCOTT/TIGER@Tns_string&buffer_records=NO&debug_messages=NO&array=YES&query_only=NO&quiet=NO&RENDER=YES

Code for Developer 6i is almost same
