can i transfer data from Oracle Forms 6i to a file (*.ppt file) by using text_io package or write_block,write_html builtin library or any other package or library can be used for this purpose

My initial answer is 'no'.
You can take screen dumps and paste them into the presentation.
Can you give us some detail as to why you want to have output in a ppt file?
